Article 2 — Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all sales concluded via the covira.store website between Covira and any professional or private consumer residing in the European Union.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC), in accordance with French regulations. The applicable VAT is 20%. Covira reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Order

Validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent to you immediately after the order.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. To exercise this right, contact us at info@covira.store. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

Article 6 — Delivery

Delivery times in France and Europe are 7 to 14 business days. Delivery is free. Any delivery delay exceeding 30 days entitles you to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Article 7 — Legal Guarantees

As a European consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 8 — Dispute Resolution
